Welcome to the headquarters of the Ultimate Protection Squad. Here you will find tons of tidbits of information about how Science and Technology can be fun and engaging.
Here is a snapshot of how we interact with various Scientific and Technological principles and have fun at the same time:
FRC 2011
TEAM 1675 has been having a blast at the FRC Championship in St. Louis, MO. The team has had much to celebrate. First, the team collaborated with as many as 4 teams in the spirit of Coopertition with a dynamic scouting program. Then, the Media Team was successful in capturing a variety of FRC teams like Tecbots and Bit by Bit 4-H Robotics team.
Not to mention an interview with Governor Jay Nixon from Missouri. Be sure to come back and visit us again to listen to the podcasts with the interviews with all the above individuals and inspirational young aspiring engineers, programmers, scientist, physicists, and chemists of tomorrow.
Lastly, a member of the Ultimate Protection Squad was awarded an Afterschool Grant award. Lately, JCPenney has made a concerted effort to support FIRST principles in the past two years.
